▪ Application Engineering - Cost estimation for Automation related supplies and services. Preparation of Technical Specifications. Support to sales team. Evaluation of Vendor data and documents

▪ Supervised and guided team on C&I Basic and Detail engineering using COMOS which includes preparation of documents like Loop list, IO list, Instrument & Valve list and specification. Functional diagram. JB schedule and layout. Loop wise circuit diagram. Cable schedule and specification. Design of Local control panels. Industrial Hydraulic and Pneumatic system

▪ Siemens PCS7, DCS system architecture finalization including IO calculation, assignment & Panel engineering. Server Client / Standalone architecture including Network component. Application software development using CFC / FBD languages for programming & HMI. Programming of Safety IOs acc. to Performance level and Safety Category equivalent to SIL standards. Software & Hardware FAT. Support to startup and commissioning.

International assignments at different Voith Paper locations like Saint Pölten, Austria and Ravensburg & Heidenheim, Germany for various projects during multiple visits between 2008 till 2017

▪ Successfully completed software development and FAT for various projects during multiple deputation.

▪ Learned handling COMOS as C&I engineering tool and implemented at domestic projects.

▪ Participated for C&I Basic & Detail engineering jobs

• Performed preventive and corrective maintenance on Paper Machines and Stock Preparation process.
• Maintenance of Field Instruments (Flow, Pressure, Temperature, Level transmitters and On-Off & Control Valves, Hydraulic & Pneumatic system, Siemens S5 & S7 PLC system, ABB DCS system, ABB QCS system)
• Planned Maintenance jobs during shutdowns and breakdowns along with resources needed.
• Spare management.
• Vendor management and technical procurement specification generation.
