- Routine Test of 3500 kVA, 2000 kVA Transformer like Voltage Ratio Test, changing of Silica gel, Magnetic Balance Test at a particular tap number, Insulation resistance test by using 2500 V Megger, Operation Of WTI, OTI, Buchholz Relay
- Filtration of oil and conforming the BDV value of all transformers, transformer re-commission and conforming the HV and LV side voltage by Tap Changing
- Installation and commissioning of tunnel distribution boards, ACB, VCB and Inverter panels of TBM Machines
- Installation and Testing of earth pits for transformers, DG sets and other miscellaneous electrical equipments

- By the use of VCB, ACB and tunnel distribution panels, if there is any unbalance in loads (practically unavoidable in case of LV distribution system) we can give safety to the workmen as well to the machine from fatal accident
- Periodic maintenance and records of all the earth pits on weekly basis helps us to maintain a good earth resistance value of all the earth pits which are used in DGs, transformers and all MDBs
- On regular checking and maintaining the weekly reports for ELCB ,RCCB, MCCB, welding machine ,power tools and earth pits etc
- Helps us to give safety inspection report and electrical check lists for every month and then it is send to concern Department of BMRCL for the verification in order to avoid any interruption of work during the project
- By controlled operation of DG sets for TBM and slurry plant with the demand load we are operating the DG sets accordingly which helps us to calculate the diesel consumptions and cost control on monthly basis
- By maintaining the history file helps us to calculate the service due of all the machines and then we are sending the electrical equipment to the appropriate vender for calibration so that we can use error free instruments at the company
- To keep on following up with store for incoming and outgoing material and make sure that there should be no delay
