  • In the FY – 17-18 my branch had acquired a relationship of group under which 5 different colleges were operating and it was first of kind in the entire state of Chhattisgarh under the E-Com business where complete solutions were being provided including payment gate way, Online Fee collections, CMS facilities for cash and cheque pick up
  • This relationship has given a average balance of 2 Cr, which meant a lot to a semi-urban branch
  • In the FY – 15-16 I had acquired 22 different accounts of Municipal corporation along with 200 salary accounts which eventually gave a float of 20 Cr to the branch
  • This has been done with a strategic solution for PFMS payments under housing for all scheme
  • In the FY – 13-14 I had acquired Jila panchayat and 14 Finance commissions account which gave a float of more than 5 Cr which was eventually a 500% target for a semi-urban branch in a newly built district
  • In the FY – 12-13 I had acquired the relationship of municipal council with an average float of more than 4 Cr
  • In the then branch at Mungeli (That time a rural branch in the state of Chhattisgarh)
  • After this achievement, that was the maiden visit of business banking head in such a small location
  • After his visit he had given the branch a challenging task of 500 new acquisition of farmer’s account against the perforated target of 180 accounts
  • Branch had accepted the challenge in its style and had acquired 750 farmer accounts in just two months and got an appreciation from BBH
  • Above mentioned facts were only the key highlights of the career path with HDFC bank, apart that, during my tenure with the bank none of the Audits Reports were Unsatisfactory or Adequate not even Satisfactory with increasing trend of risk, all reports released for the respective branches were Satisfactory with either Decreasing or Stable risk
  • I had been rated 1 (Three times), rated 2 (Three times) and rated 3 (Two times) during my stint with the bank
  • NB : 1 Rating is considered to be the best in system and 5 to be the worst but recently it has been brought down to a total of 4 categories of rating.
