Intern and trainer's training of ATAL PROJECT (PMKVY) at Gramtarang Employability Training Services and delivering training on different bridge courses of agricultural crops to farmers across all districts of Odisha.

• Provide training on organic methods such as natural fertilizers, crop rotation, and eco-friendly pest control to improve soil health and crop quality and how to produce vermicompost using earthworms, helping convert organic waste into nutrient-rich manure. Through demonstrations and field support, they ensure proper adoption of techniques.

• I have worked as an Agriculture Trainer across the Odisha and district like-Khordha,Anugul,Jagatsinghpur,Kandhamal and Puri to delivering the training on organic farming and vermicompost production conducted field demonstration,Farmer meeting and practical session to promote natural input,Soil heath,Water holding capacity,soil health management,pest control etc.I also trained farmers in vermicompost production using local resources and how to use the compost in a better way,After that i was working as a livelihood expert in an agriculture based project at Patrapur Block of Ganjam District to focusing on sustainable farming practices,Capacity building training and improve farmer livelihood through effective project implementation.
