● Possess Technical expertise of various brand of Turbine-Generator assembly (KWU, SKODA, MHPS, GE etc.) while having extensive knowledge of various types of Condenser assembly, fabrication, erection, pressure testing (hydro test/pneumatic test), fill testing of various process & service (TG critical, IBR service, NACE service etc.) of above ground and underground piping, pressure vessels, storage tanks etc. Having thorough exposure of Stage wise Quality Inspection of heavy girders, columns, flue can stack fabrication, preassembly & erection.

• Single handedly established all required Quality Control Procedure, ITP, Formats for the MSQ upgradation project
• Achieved Quality Deliverables through continual performing through various inspection responsibility of Hydrocarbon sector in various projects (IOCL MSQ Upgradation, HMEL HGU, ONGC Barmer).
• Documented and resolved lost material of 2X300 MW "Steam Turbine" (TRN Project) which led to coast saving & met the deliverables within time schedule
• Performed cross functional co-ordination to achieve desired outcome in Vendor Inspection & re-assessment in NTPC Lara Project
• Established all the Field Quality Plan & Procedure of all packages of BTG & BOP part , & obtained timely approval from client for entire EPC project of 2X660MW
• Provided several demonstration upon entire Turbine Installation Procedure (design basis)
• Conducted several in house technical training of Project team, Subcontractor
• Prepared several RCA, technical analysis report to identify & prevent the bottle necks of the project
• Leading team of 7 members for co-ordination of entire inspection schedule of 2x660 MW STG & BOP package of EPC
