I am a precious metals refiner as well as precious metals chemicals manufacturer. I am well versed in the field of precious metal chemistry as well as precious metals electroplating salts. I am currently working as R&D Manager at Lohum Cleantech Private Limited. My introduction to precious metals chemicals field happened during my previous employment with Bangalore Refinery Pvt Ltd working as Technical Manager. My work there was solemnly into Precious Metal Chemical and Catalyst Manufacturing and Refining. I have successfully developed; New Refined Extraction Method For Palladium, Platinum And Rhodium To Obtain 9999 PPT Purity Metal In Single Stage Process, Developed Cyanide Less Gold Plating Solution, Developed Palladium, Platinum And Ruthenium Over Carbon, Alumina, & CaCO3 Support Catalyst For API Industries, Developed New Organo-Metallic PGM Salts And Catalysts For Fuel Cell Application And Also For Pharmaceutical Application. Precious metals new product development, its chemistry and refining is my strength.
Enhancement Of Boiling Heat Transfer By Periodic Forcing, 09/2014, 12/2015, The present study reports the heat transfer enhancement phenomenon in vertical boiling channel under forced perturbation in liquid inlet velocity and its direct numerical simulation (DNS) using FORTRAN codes. The simulation code used in this study was based on four-equation drift flux model. The effect of varying amplitude and frequency under forced perturbation in boiling channel was studied. It was observed that on amplitude variation, void fraction and total heat flux increase and the wall temperature decreases. On frequency variation, the total heat flux (THF) increases and the rise in liquid temperature takes place. Due to rise in liquid temperature under forced perturbation, the boiling regime mostly shifts to bulk boiling from subcooled boiling. In this study the optimal amplitude value and optimal frequency value of the forced perturbation in liquid inlet velocity, for heat transfer enhancement was obtained, and was seen to be 0.07 amplitude and 10Hz-frequency.
