• Execution of MEP/HVAC works and CAMC works Of Centralized Chiller Plant, Air Handling Unit (AHU) , Fan Coil Unit (FCU) , Condenser Water Pump, Chilled Water Pump, Tunnel Ventilation System (TVS) , Motorized Fire Damper (MFD) , Non-Returnable Damper Ducting & Piping, Water Treatment Plant (WTP) , RO, DG Sets, Electrical Works.
• Direct and supervise a team of 10 maintenance technicians on a day-to-day basis and co-ordinate their schedules to provide timely visits to clients·
• Preparing of work Schedule, Reports, Material handling & Quality assurance, Bill Processing and installation work in accordance with acceptance criteria identified for the projects.
• Inventory control and Procurement - Coordinate with supplier and make quotation.
• · Perform repair and preventative maintenance work on a wide range of equipment types to ensure functionality and efficiency.
• Preparing of Project Planning, scheduling and maintaining weekly, monthly & quarterly Progress Reports.
