  • Established a 10-axis CLOOS robot for crusher rotor welding and reduction of cycle time by 1162 hrs., i.e., 2.3 Crores per year savings.
  • Successfully conducted Failure analyses and research to establish the correct welding filler wire for the heat exchanger (drum cooler) and successfully got 6 drum coolers for L&T for 30 crores and more than 2 in the pipeline.
