· TSD and thinning operations through DCS and field operations.

· Train the technical staff regarding safety procedures during work and personal safety. Providing training on safety topics through toolbox talks, following LOTO procedures, and work permits.

· Enhanced organisational efficiency through 5S practices, safety implementations, and autonomous maintenance.

· Following the shift schedule as per the plan flexibly.

· Working on projects related to TSD cycle time, SPC, mixer OAE reduction, and aiming for 100% RFT by conducting trend analyses and taking actionables and CAPA on breakdowns.

· Leading Shift Teams for the delivery and taking effective problem solvings , working on SOCs , Blitz and PIP projects.

· Operator of the lyophiliser (Martin Christ and Telstar), and headspace oxygen analyser.

· JH White Belt Trainee actively participating in the autonomous maintenance (AWW) activities.

· Ensured timely availability of necessary materials through diligent inventory maintenance.

· Identifying the vendor and performing the vendor qualification for product contact consumables, along with vendor supporting documents.

· Follow SOPs and established protocols for lyophiliser and material management.

· Raising Kaizen and OPLs, reporting unsafe conditions and acts, abnormalities, near misses, and following the cleaning, lubrication, inspection, and tightening as per Jishu Hozen.

· Checking the process parameters and recipe of the product's individual cycle for correctness in the system.

· Updating CPP (Critical Process Parameters) data of batch and uploading the batch records in MES.
