As Global Head of HR Analytics, Technology, and Digital, I am responsible for shaping global HR service delivery while building advanced analytics capabilities that inform strategic workforce decisions. Partnering with senior leadership, I lead the team designing and executing the global data and reporting strategy, embedding strong governance, automation, and predictive analytics to move HR beyond traditional reporting.

I led the implementation of Workday modules, BI-driven dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks that provided real-time visibility into workforce trends, attrition, and engagement. A key focus was ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance with privacy standards, while driving adoption of analytics tools across the HR function.

As head of the Global HR Technology, I built and scaled the HR shared services and analytics hub, hiring the right expertise, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. By embedding the firm’s values and ensuring succession planning, I created a resilient, high-performing team, capable of delivering consistent, high-quality service to stakeholders worldwide.
