- Conducting Functional Genomic studies using RNAi & Transgenic C. elegans strains.
- Characterizing PQC Machinery gene vha-5, in context of Learning & Memory
- Performed RNAi gene knockdown of vha-5, RNA isolation, cDNA synthesis then validated the knockdown using Real-Time quantitative PCR.
- Conducted Imaging studies for quantifying protein aggregates of Human alpha synucelin using Parkinson's Disease Model NL5901, quantified healthy mitochondrial content, and age dependent studies in background of vha-5 RNAi.
- Purified total protein content and quantified the levels of protein aggregates using Western blot analysis.
- Studied Behavior for Feeding, Locomotion, Mechanosensation, and Olfaction response in transgenic strains.
- Studied Associative Memory by short-term mass training through olfaction with food-butanone association.
- Studied Non-Associative Memory by Tap habituation
