• To maintain service centre operations as per company process turnaround time(TAT) • Handling customers service related problems and giving solution for their queries/complaints/requests.
• To Assign the customer complaints and Installation Request to Respective Technician’s
• Follow up to Technicians for Good Revenue and Reliance care plan (RCP) (Annual Maintains Contracts) selling.
To track each complaint/query until closure and feedback taken from the customer through SAP.
• Coordinating with Parts Team Mother Ware House (MWH) for Parts pending calls day to day activity through SAP.
Follow up with the service center team for pending calls before going to aging.
• Regularly using mail process to communicate the complaints track
• Daily arranging the call back to customer for pending complaints
• Providing help and advice to customers using company’s products and services.
• Keeping accurate data of discussions and correspondence with customers.
• Writing reports analyzing the customer service that the company provides.
• Developing feedback and the complaints procedures of the organization
• Learning about the products and services of organization and being up to date.
• To sell extended warranty to customers
• Drive the team to explain the Extended warranty while visiting time
• Explain the use of accessories to customers
