Responsibilities: A/EGIS is a centralized claims processing/support application and it is integrated with various Policy administrations / underwriting system via GOALD database. The main function of A/EGIS includes Creating and Maintaining Claims/Features, Payment Transactions, Notes, Reserve Transactions, Diary, Policy Information, Annual Review, Rolodex, Documents, Correspondence and Summary Information. Claim Handling Systems that stores the information in GOALD. From GOALD, a Downstream application works on the policy and claim information to proceed further validation to SAP. Policy Admin application is used to create and administrate the policy captured.
