Having working experience on Contract, Contract to hire and permanent staffing. Extensively utilized various Recruiting sources such as Networking, Employee referrals, Personal referrals, Job board search and Internet search to identify technical talent. Good experience in Sourcing, job posting, mass mailing, etc. Coordinating Walk-ins for Internal requirements as well as external clients.
