Projects Involved.

1) Biocon Campus, Electronic City, Bangalore - 319 & 105 kW heat pump installation with chilled water and hot water circulation pumps, testing and commissioning of both heat pumps, and report generation of handing over documents.

2) Toyota Kirloskar Motor Private Limited, Bidadi, Bangalore - 540 kW, 4 Nos heat pump installation with chill water pump and hot water pump, testing and commissioning of heat pump, and report preparation for handing over documents.

3) Apotex Research Centre, Electronic City, Bangalore - 1500 kW heat pump with chilled water circulation pump, pipe routing for the heat pump, testing and commissioning of the heat pump, and report preparation.

4) Mylan Laboratories Limited, Jigani, Bangalore - 80 kW heat pump, with chilled water circulation pump installation, testing, and commissioning.

First Solar, Tata Projects Limited. (06/2022 to 12/2022)

• Understanding our scope: 24 km of HVAC piping, tender, drawing, BOQ, and Technical Data Sheet for each BOQ line item.
• Repeated interaction with the client for clearance and daily issues closing.
• Weekly meeting with the internal team after the client meeting to discuss the weekly revised schedule and work plan.
• Monitoring the chiller plant room piping works with the higher diameter of 1100 mm for the condenser water header pipe for five comfort water-cooled chillers and three process cooling water chillers.
• Primary and secondary pump piping works with valves and accessories.
• Ensure the quality of pipe fit-up and welding work, with the required fit-up reports.
• Monitoring the material handling of inward and outward pipes and pipe-related accessories with the help of the storekeeper.
• Subcontractor work order preparation and monthly bill certification for work completion.
• Bill submittal on a monthly basis to the client and get certification for work done.
• 3C document preparation and maintenance from site mobilization to site demobilization.

Billing Executive, 01/2022 - 06/2022.

• Checking the quantity and cost availability in the SAP DBOM for the given work order or amendment order approval form from the site.
• Getting approval for the given approval form with the respective project manager, commercial manager, and delivery head.
• Creating the LOI for the approved work order, or amendment order, in SAP.
• Follow up for the LOI approval from the respective project manager, commercial manager, and delivery head.
• Checking budget availability for the approved LOI in SAP.
• Creating the work order for the approved LOI in SAP.
• Follow up for the WO approval in SAP from the respective managers.
• Supporting the vendor in creating invoices and bill submittals in the Blue Star Portal.

TCL CCTEB, 03/2020 - 12/2021.

• Understanding of our scope: HVAC and compressed air system.
• Understanding the BOQ, TOP, and billing procedure to the client.
• Involved in project scheduling with the client and internal team, following up with the design team to get drawing approval, and reviewing the procurement tracker on a weekly basis to ensure material delivery to the site on time.
• Subcontractor management - Workwise vendor follow-up for quotation, cross-check the vendor rate with our estimated rate, negotiate before finalizing, conduct capability checks for the finalized vendor, schedule work for clearance availability, ensure work completion with proper quality and safety, and certify for vendor billing and invoicing purposes.
• Client Management - Involving regular interaction with the client for day-to-day activities, daily progress report circulation, daily clearance report and issues report circulation, inward material on-time inspection follow-up, and weekly updated project schedule, procurement tracker, and drawing approval tracker review with the client, as well as follow-up to get approval for MIR, IR, CR, and HOR.
• Monthly bill certification follows up to create an invoice against the approved MIR, IR, and CR. Payment follow-up for the invoiced amount.
• Technical Involvement - Handling the installation, testing, and commissioning of a low-cooled chiller (600 TR) for comfort air conditioning, a medium-cooled chiller (800 TR) for process cooling water, 16 air handling units with piping and ducting works, 21 ventilation fans, including cabinet inline and axial fans for various rooms, 236 fan coil unit installations with chilled water piping, supply and return air ducts, 65 cassette units, and 15 fresh air ventilators with ducting works.

FORD GTBC L&T, 06/2019 - 02/2020.

• Taking care of the Technology building execution, which includes the installation, testing, and commissioning of 4 Nos AHUs, 3 Nos CSUs, and 3 Nos FCUs, with supply, return, and fresh air ducting, along with insulation works. Chilled water piping with insulation works. 2 Nos of cassette units, 6 Nos of ventilation fans with exhaust ducts, 4 Nos of air curtains, and 15 Nos of VAVs with thermostats.
• Involved in overall snag closure and received the final bill certificate after the completion of pending works and snag works.
• Preparation of handing over documents and final bill against BOQ pending claim, and bill submittal.
