Boomija Ganesan

• Held multiple positions including Student Secretary for the Placement Cell, Entrepreneurship Club and Women's Club. Also served as a President for the Literature Club in 2018.
• Freshers Day 2015/2016/2017 - Headed the team in welcoming freshers to our college. Scheduled and conducted their first day in college with ice breaker sessions and other relevant informative and fun sessions to get them accustomed.
• Technical Symposium 2016/2017/2018 - In 2018, lead the entire committee for organizing the symposium. Coordinated with various institutions and their students and organized events. Allocated and managed relevant teams to manage the events. In 2016 and 2017, I was the secretary in charge of organizing and managing the paper presentation event.
• Inter College Cultural Event 2018 - I was the chief coordinator for the Mega 4 day cultural event. Was involved in organizing and conducting the events successfully. My responsibilities included but not limited to building and managing the judge's panel, managing and organizing the participants for various events and managing the prize distribution event on the final day.
• Organized multiple special occasions like Women's Day, Engineer's Day, Green Day and Graduation Day.
