Projects:-Renewals - Sales Renewal (Deal Desk)
- 1) Part of the new team setting up in india for Renewals
2) Effectively interact with external and internal team on their existing and new business requirement
3) Provide the cost strategy of the existing customer and do a cold call prior to the licenses expiration
4) Network with internal and external partner throughout calls, IM and Mails
5) Intimate and do cold calls to the stakeholders regarding the licenses expiration's and check with
the partner about the next course of action and his business requirements and his needs accordingly
6) Prepare quotations using the pre-built excel model of macro and book the order in the EBS.
7) Run a service consolidation or renewal program for existing stakeholder and new stakeholder
and inform the same to revenue team.
8) Extend the support for the partner using Oracle EBS application and inform the same to partner
through email
9) Gets a ticket in SFDC asking to run or extend the partner licenses and supports for the paid period
of the customer?

Established Deal desk, Order Management, Renewal, Licensing (Provisioning), and Billing for “Sales Lab (Pulse way)” in current Org and grew by 120% above Year to Year as part of Inter Company Pilot project.
