• PROJECT DETAILS: CUSTD (Customer Data) is Barclays Bank application used to deliver End of day and intraday reports and statements to End Customer via Dakota or SWIFT interfaces. CUST D interacts with various interfaces like CDI (Customer Data Interfaces) platform to map customer account with desired Report of Statement defined in CDI. CustD Process Accounting and Payment Transaction data received from BEM which work as middleware to process Accounting data receive from Accounting system (UKBA and Non UKBA) and Payment data received from Payment systems (GPP and Masspay). CustD Supports Five-layer architecture to process and format available data in customer specific format that to be delivered to next system which is SMS (Swift messaging system) if its Swift Statement or BFG if its File and finally routed to Customer via Dakota system

It offers online access to a suite of commercial banking services like balance and transaction inquiry, payments and cash management, trade and supply chain, custody, foreign exchange, and a wealth of carefully researched global markets data.
• European Volume Payment System (EVPS): This was Flagship project for HSBC this is the replacement of GPS as a third part support system with Dovetail System, which is also a payment processing system
• EBO: European countries to be included with HSBC Payment flow and to enable the Global payment system functions to be worked there with latest features and functionalities in European countries
• LATAM: Customers in Latin America are demanding global transaction banking (GTB) services

• It is used for internal purpose of the HSBC Bank Employees. The Group strategy for Buy Smart is to rollout a single e-Procurement package to all territories. The Buy Smart system is based on the ARIBA Buyer and Invoice packages
