I’ve always loved working with kids and I’m eager to bring that passion into a career where I can teach and help them grow. I’ve gained experience in education and know how to connect with kids in ways that make learning easier for them. My goal is to set clear expectations and create an environment where they feel amazing about themselves.

In my role as a manager, I’ve shown strong ownership and initiative. I’m committed to exceeding expectations and building strong relationships. I’m experienced in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and always aim to help teams succeed. I thrive in team settings and work hard to balance performance, customer service, and business goals.

As a leader, I focus on motivating others, using training and team-building to maximize productivity. I’m quick to step in, make positive changes, and drive success. I bring organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to help the team thrive.

• I cut my neihbors grass since they cant move much and try to help them by doing stuff with their lawn.
