I started working at Captain D's when I was 15 started as a dish boy and worked my way up from Manager too Assistant General Manager. My job responsibilities include making the schedule, cooking food, taking orders, managing labor, managing food cost and shortages, keeping a healthy work environment and the store clean at all times. I run the store with my team too make sure we deliver with all the high expectations we have from the customers and from our selves.
