Currently this job is full of so many descriptions and departments. Associate safety and proper protocols are the main focus of this position. We handle the injuries/ incidents on site, any extensive training or work must be approved/ accompanied by a safety team member. This field has taught me and continues to teach me the intricacies of working in a warehouse around highly modified equipment/ electronics. This job from the computer to the office to the floor to the truck gate relies on safety team members.

• Collaborated with Human Resources department to ensure all new hire orientations included information about company safety policies and procedures.

• I worked as a cashier at McDonald's on Indianapolis Boulevard taking orders and cashing people out. Customer service is the biggest skill to enhance in this field along with cash handling.

• At the Hard Rock there are so many vital positions. I worked as a hostess/ servers assistant in a fine dining restaurant called Cipresso. This fine Italian restaurant helped me grow the most in my work experiences. I would help customers make/ edit/ cancel reservations, seat them, and help set the restaurant and clean up. Towards the end of working here I took on the new role we had to create due to Coronavirus called a Clean Team Member. As a C.T member, you must sanitize any possibly contaminated areas of the tables and counters that our guests would sit at to prevent possible spread and outbreaks.

• I was mainly a Self Checkout Assistant when I worked here. I was a cashier as well and worked as a stock crew member for a while. I helped customers find things they needed such as an item in the store, its location, or who they could talk to for further assistance. I also raised awareness of the services we offered such as Western Union.

• I bagged and scanned groceries and provided customer assistance. I was a stocker for a short amount of time as well. I did whatever I could to answer any customer questions or help the customers as much as I possibly could.
