  • Use proprietary applications to examine, correct and, submit worker’s compensation policies to individual state, national, or both regulatory sites to be reviewed.
  • Work the monthly submissions and any corrections needing to be done due to new or additional information acquired during the previous year.
  • Required to be knowledgeable with the manage USR websites of the states for which I am responsible in order to check the accuracy of my submissions and correct any errors that got through.
  • Have a working knowledge of other states in order to help others when needed.
  • Accountable for maintaining and updating the rules for unit submission for the states in my care.
  • Download my lists of units for Chubb’s proprietary site to an Excel spreadsheet, and manipulate them for use for submission each month.
  • Use Word for making documents listing the rules and exceptions for the states I work, annual review, and other documents for operational procedures.
  • At Chubb we use Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams, and Webex for communications between the various offices and teams across the country.
