- Use proprietary applications to examine, correct and, submit worker’s compensation policies to individual state, national, or both regulatory sites to be reviewed.
- Work the monthly submissions and any corrections needing to be done due to new or additional information acquired during the previous year.
- Required to be knowledgeable with the manage USR websites of the states for which I am responsible in order to check the accuracy of my submissions and correct any errors that got through.

- Accountable for maintaining and updating the rules for unit submission for the states in my care.
- Download my lists of units for Chubb’s proprietary site to an Excel spreadsheet, and manipulate them for use for submission each month.
