• Single handed managing team with 2 engineers and 35 technicians
• Maintain records and follow as per statutory requirement of Gujarat factory rule and factory act for Equipment
• Periodically check operation and maintenance of fire hydrant & fire extinguisher
• Provide Mock-drill, fire training and fist aid training program for basic knowledge of operation of fire extinguisher and first aid treatment to employee
• Plan safety committee meeting every quarter for discussion of work place safety
• Investigation of accident/incident and analysis report and find RCA to reduce accident on shop floor and make accident statistic report
• Celebration of Safety day and environment day to encourage of employee
• Negotiations and Purchase of all equipment with necessary Electrical and mechanical spares after techno commercial discussion
• Approval and lessening of GEB for HT/ LT power, registration of DG set and license of electrical contractor for factory as per GFR
• Installation, erection and commissioning of 11 – 22 KV HT switchyards with all equipment
• Process for approval of drawing for new plant and extension of factory shed submit to DISH
