Development of cooling system library for BOLT
· Generated Brine properties polynomial co-relation and find best fit coefficient using bicubic interpolation method from tested lab data.
· Developed Brine properties media in Dymola.
· Developed different type of Economizer and non-economizer Screw compressor model, Positive displacement compressor and 2 stage centrifugal (19DV and 19MV) compressor based on data given in EDR using hand guided tearing in Dymola.
· Developed motor and variable frequency drive (VFD) model and connected to compressor in Dymola.
· Developed miscellaneous component like Mixer, splitter and pump for coolant.
· Helped to develop different types of heat exchanger model like RTPF coolant-Air, DX coolant model in Dymola.
· Integration of component models into system level model.
· Prepared python script fo auto-generate MAP data records.
· Prepared and continuous update in the model GUI, documentation, and sticky-view.

· Studied different heat transfer model for calculating heat transfer in condenser for liquid as well as vapor region.
· Developed detail dynamic model of compressor, heat exchanger (condenser and evaporate) and TXV and compare simulated results of each component to existing FMU model results.
· Find best fit heat transfer model for condenser and evaporate by continuous comparing results and improving model.
· Integrated all components into system level model.
· Executed a test plan for calibration and validation of system model with FMU model results.
