  • Lead a team of 4 staff members that was over WorkForce Ready Grant, InTraining, Indiana’s Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL), Adult Education Grants, and fiscal reporting.
  • Assisted in the development of a standard and consistent grant and admin process.
  • Worked with other agencies as well as all Workone locations throughout the state to maintain and improve relations.
  • Managed and allocated $6 million grant budget for WRG, ensuring 100% compliance with Federal and organizational funding regulations.
