Working in Previous/Current employment insufficiency clearance, interacting and coordinate with employees and vendors.

Interacting with recruiters and vendors for documents day to day onboarding insufficiency clearance for lateral employees.

As per the process of BGV onboarding validating candidate resume from the portal and manually validating CDP.

Updating the approval emails from TA and BU head of mismatch resume in the server/folder of day to day onboarding cases.

Achievements/Tasks

Initiation of cases - First level insufficiency will be checked and added details/data entry in the portal/tool.

Initiating the multiple checks - Education, employment, address, reference, id checks and gap analysis

Report writing - Analyzing in making clear / unable to verify / discrepancy reports with accurate check on information verified. Prepare manually reports / online reports as per client requirements.

MIS Reports - Track on all transaction of the process both internal and external processes of D2D activities and each MIS with complete information of SLA or over SLA, Due dates. Also over all MIS support on database.

Online tool support - Training team members on the online tool and regular check on the database with extraction to MIS.

Quality - Ensure the quality with the double check on all tasks which is delivered to clients. Prioritize by organizing work flows associated with clients to deliver within TAT or beyond TAT.

Training - Responsibilities taken to train new joinee about company policies and process activities.
