

Operations Management – Work with the team of experienced medical scribes and assist healthcare providers with documentation of patient encounters; enter patient data accurately into the EHR systems, ensuring completeness and compliance with documentation guidelines. Create team utilization, seat utilization, team bandwidth, and resource planning reports and sharing with executive management.
Client Relationship & Compliance – Communicate effectively with the client and members of the scribe team to facilitate smooth workflow and patient care; maintain patient confidentiality and privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations. On-board new clients with supervision of successful and timely implementations, including customizing work-flow, templates, and other software integrations.
Training & Development – Plan training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge of the team. Conduct training sessions for new team members, covering topics such as medical terminology, EHR navigation, and documentation standards. Provide ongoing support and feedback to the scribes to help improve performance and accuracy in documentation.
Continuous Improvement – Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members through regular assessments and performance reviews; evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives through data analysis, feedback mechanisms, and performance reviews; serve as a subject matter expert on medical scribing best practices and industry standards.
