iv) Complete all HR reporting documents.
v) Timely circulation of Payslips

ix)Client,vendor and labour contractor handling.
x) Maintaining documents as per client's requirement.

xiii)Understanding performance appraisal,performance planning,performance counselling,performance monitoring.
xiv)Looking after godown (company storage)related matters.
xv) Praparation and maintaining of ISO documentations.
xvi)Renewal of Insurance,policy.

xviii)Updating Labour database sheet.
xix) HR Strategies: Create, develop, and implement strategies aligned with business strategy for the organisation.
xx) Performance Management:Adopt a futuristic & objective performance management process to identify, recognize and reward accordingly.
xxi) Arranging MRM.
xxii)Co-ordinating with the Client HRs for statutory documents preparations as required.
xxiii) Co-ordinating with clients' Commercial department for New Work Order preparation.
xxiv)Calculation of Work Order Rates and CTC of the maintenance staffs.

i) Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the retail organization.
ii) Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization and providing an overview of company policies, benefits, and procedures.
iii) Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance, counseling, and resolution for conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
iv) Support and advise retail managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
v) Identify training and development needs within the retail organization, design and implement relevant training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
vi) Collaborate with the HR team to update and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance.
vii) Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, attendance records, and personnel data, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
viii) Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations, making necessary adjustments to HR policies and practices to ensure compliance.
ix) Attendance checking,Payroll for Corporate staffs,Retail Stores (PAN India),Weekly Labour payments calculating and monitoring the payments.
x) Statutory Compliances.
xi) Preparing Cost (Expenses) sheets made by the Regional Managers
xii) Preparing Offer & Appointment Letters,ID cards etc.
xiii) Reporting the day to day HR activities directly to the Director
i) Participate in special HR projects, such as culture-building initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and employee engagement activities.
ii) Managing HR records including, resumes, applicant logs, and employee forms.
iii) Maintaining employee confidentiality
iv) Payroll,Statutory compliances (Retail Staffs PAN India and Godown staffs)
v)Preparing day to day HR activities and communicating the same to HR Head
vi) Responding to HR-related queries within the company.
vii) Joining formalities of the retail staffs (PAN India)

ix) Keeping records of all the biometric machines installed at all the retail stores (under company payroll) and reporting the same to the GM HR and GM Finance.
x) Payroll,Statutory compliances for the Chain Store Staffs,provinding Payslips to all the retail,chain store staffs,providing ID Cards.
xi)Calculation of Bonus and Incentives for the retail staffs.
xii)Full and Final Settlements of the Retails Staffs.
