Integrated product documentation as knowledge sources, enabling the chatbot to provide accurate, context-aware responses during user interactions.
APEX : Developed interactive dashboards in Oracle APEX by integrating data from the bug directory using RESTful data sources. Parsed and transformed raw data into insightful, analyzable graphs on the front-end to track and visualize bug trends effectively.
Selenium Java based Automated Testing Framework : A scalable hybrid automation testing framework built using Selenium, Java, TestNG, Cucumber (BDD), and RestAssured that enables faster, more reliable, and business-friendly test execution.
Allows to build custom integrations for both On Cloud and On-Premise applications covering all security policies.
