Communicate with hospital personnel providing assistance related to laboratory policies and procedures, laboratory utilization, and test result interpretation. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly instrument maintenance and calibrations according to manufacturer. Evaluate quality control to ensure quality patient care. Strong ability to organize and prioritize work and knowledge of lab equipment and testing to implement and monitor quality control policies and procedures of laboratory.
