HR Operations & Talent Management:
Design and Delivery of the new joinee Induction Program across the country, Responsible for entire life cycle management. Designed the HR policies and SOP’s to be internationally audit compliant. Support Talent Acquisition for niche hiring and enable the probation confirmation process.
Payroll and Statutory Compliances:
Primarily responsible for the monthly payroll, time and attendance, leave management and processing salary till deposit to employee accounts, Full and Final Settlements for exit cases.
Responsible for the statutory compliances of offices and labs across India beginning from obtaining licenses to submitting various periodical returns and payments on time.
PMS and C&B:
Responsible to drive the annual performance management cycle, facilitate Manager- Employee discussions, allocate funds based on ratings, issue of letters, calculate arrears and disbursement.
Ensure a tax friendly, law compliant compensation structure is available to the employee.
New Initiatives and Project Management:
Implemented the HRIS from scratch and functioning as the tool administrator for the entire organization.
Automated the attendance and leave management and implemented app-based attendance capture for the Sales / Field team.
Responsible for setting up HR function from the scratch in greenfield project of a new subsidiary known as Immucare Labs Diagnostics Pvt Ltd, Kochi.
