Recruitment & Selection:

  • End to End Recruitment Coordination with Department Managers, understanding their requirements and preparing JD with the support of the Hiring Managers.
  • Conducting preliminary round of HR Interview to evaluate communication, interacting with the candidates, giving them a brief about the position and checking their position fitment and scheduling them for further round of Interviews
  • Sourcing, screening and shortlisting resumes through various job portals/ internal reference and Advertising vacancies and screening, Conducting telephonic and personal interviews in coordination with department heads

Induction, joining formalities:

  • Taking Induction Session for the Executive & Middle level entrants in the Organization,
  • Manage business letters related to employee’s offer & appointment letter, service agreement, background verification, allowances, request for evidence, transfer related documentation etc. and providing required induction of all employees as per the defined process.
  • Briefing the new joiners about company policies and procedures, leave policies, ensuring the completion of joining formalities (Issue Offer Letter / Appointment Letter, collection of required documents etc…)

Payroll Management:

  • Verify Time & Leave Management for timely and ensure accurate processing of the Monthly Payroll according to the schedule, Generating Pay slips and forwarding them to employees.
  • Manage regular preparation of relevant MIS reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports (New Joined, Left Employee, One Time Payments, Deductions, Statutory Reports, etc.)

Attendance Management:

  • Timely updating of Attendance & Leave Management in the EIS System, verify & process record data of each employee for Gratuity, Mediclaim, and Insurance details.

Mediclaim Management:

  • Managing Mediclaim reimbursement claims, responsible for Full & Final settlements of the Mediclaim process of corporate client’s employees.
  • Addition & deletion of employees under Mediclaim monthly basis, maintaining track of all pending claim cases &ensure on the closure of the same within TAT, Coordinating with TPA’s for resolution on pending cases

Exit Formalities:

  • Conducting exit interview process for resigned, quit/terminates employees, coordinating for clearance with department.
  • Smooth exit and issuing experience certificate and relieving letter, Coordinate & manage the full & final settlement with the help of finance division and sending circular to other department at the time of relieving of an employee

Full & Final settlement and Exit process:
