• PROJECT NAME: (HSM REVAMPING Shutdown Project)

• Responsible to execute the job as per approved procedure and drawing for Tata steel HSM revamp during shutdown period.
• Supervision of mix gas pipe of different dia. erection with perfect alignment as per approved drawing as per respective zonal and erection of fixed & walking skid pipe.
• Prepare the Raw material incoming plan as well as stacking plan so that the Erection Planning will be smoother and target will be achieved
• Reviewing DPT and RT of vertical skid pipe and mix gas pipe of material A106 Gr.B .
• Successfully handled commissioning of ICW,Mix gas pipe& Fire Hydrant pipeline
• Supervision of hydrotest of all Mix Gas zonal Pipe & leakage test of ICW line.

• Name of Project: BRIQUITTE PLANT (50 TPH),WRM OVER HEAD CRANE REPLACEMENT, TATA STEEL LIMITED JAMSHEDPUR.
• Roles & Responsibilities-
• As a Site in-charge I was looking Planning, Erection and Commissioning of piping, structure and equipment
• Contractor and manpower handling.
• Project monitoring and planning.
• Identified the hazards in the work field and take Precautions to eliminate the hazards.
• Review job estimation and project budgeting
• Confident to handle the construction and quality control activities as specified in the drawings and applied standards and specifications
• Worked closely with the client Project In-Charge to maintain billing, scope, materials and other job activities.
• To ensure due date, calibration certificate and test certificate of all tools and tackles which will be used in site.
• Incoming raw materials inspection and revies of certificate.
• Witness of non-destructive testing like DP test, Magnetic particle test, vacuum box test.
• Checking of marking cutting, fit-up joint.
• Witness of back chipping DPT of groove joints.
• Stage wise inspection of welding (fit-up, root pass visual, & NDT, final weld visual & NDT.)
• Witness of bolt torque tightening test of structure like ( pipe rack, crusher house, conveyer gallery) at various tiers, column, primary and secondary beam, bracing.
• Verticality/Alignment and water level check for erected main and auxiliary column, beams, bracing.
• Stage wise inspection of painting DFT,( Primary paint, Intermediate coat, top coat, Finish coat DFT check as per Painting schedule) of all type fabrication structure like beams, flue can, Shell, Tank, Pipe, Gallery, Bracing.

• Roles & Responsibilities-
