Client - Zeta

I had worked as a buisness analyst. This was a migration project of PayZapp 1.0 to PayZapp 2.0 of HDFC bank. I had the below roles and responsibilities in this project:

1. Requirement Gathering from the business

3. providing solution for integration to the Product Owner

4. Creating call flow diagrams

5. business walkthrough ( BSG, Business and ISG).

6. JIRA interaction.

Client - RBL bank

1. I lead production queries related to CMS, FAS, ITS, ASM and overall production support for credit cards for RBL through VisionPlus application, also supporting other applications such as the Rewards, Alerts, Bank Apps, Wibmo and Payment Gateway.

2. I coordinate with various vendors linked to run the credit card system, such as Wibmo for OTP generation and validation, MasterCard as the payment gateway for RBL bank, Easy Rewards for reward accrual, redemption for the bank and ValueFirst for alert delivery.

3. I dealt with the issues that gets reported from the customer support team to advising if there is any file processing failure.

Client - SBI Cards ( Excalibur Project)

1. SBIC collections team has bought a product from the Experian company called the PCC(Power Curve Collections) to automate the whole collection process which is currently done manually by the team.

2. Starting from Allocation, to Roster management to Collection Activity.

3. I have been a part of Requirement walkthrough, SIT testing and supported the Business during UAT.
