•Act as a single point of contact for the Employees, Managers & Divisional Directors in the
business unit. Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally and build a strong
relationship with the business.
• Pre-onboarding to Post Exit lifecycle management of all employees by Defining Processes,
Framework, Guidelines & Principles of all Employee Lifecycle related processes
• Ensuring Database update and end-to-end management or tracking movement of all
employees. And ensuring information is up to date with real-time information in the HR System
• Working towards making the entire HR process to Automation, trying to reduce the Manual
entries
• Letter Printing, Documentation and Employee File Management of all employees towards all
activities
• Ownership towards all small and big processes such as On-Boarding, Induction, Background
Verification, Transfer, Performance Development Plan, Absconding
• Responsibility for taking attrition down and help team members by sharing knowledge and
best practices for all used cases
• Providing end to end support to all HR Business Partners/ SPOCs towards any matter related to
employee life-cycle
• Fetching and Calculating Non Performers database and discussions with Business Partners for
designing the process for development & up-skill of workforce
• Providing accurate Inputs to payroll for monthly payments
• Assist manager in Promotion and salary review and provide guidance
• Conduct skip-level meetings with employees to address issues of employees and bridge the
gap between management and employees
• Employee Relations: Stay close to employees to know their issues and concern and address
them
• Conduct team engagement activity to engage and motivate employees
• Engage with manager to get performance review complete in time. Address concerns raised by
employees related to their performance review
• Manage staff benefits program and develop and maintain relationships with external providers
• Auditing Team Transactions/providing supervision
• Taking exit interviews to understand the concerns of employees and retaining them in possible
circumstances
• Advising managers and businesses based on exit interviews. Share Exit report based on exit
survey on monthly basis with HR manager and HR Director
• Disciplinary Action/Termination/Misconduct, Termination Under Zero Tolerance Policy,
Termination of employment contract (Due to end of contract periods, Negative background
verification)
