• Conducted Impact Assessment under IND-AS.
• Comprehensive understanding of Global accounting requirements including IFRS and IND-AS.
• Resolve complex accounting issues like revenue recognition (Ind AS-115) and lease (Ind AS-116)

STATUTORY AND TAX AUDIT:

• Preparation & Review of Financial Statements as per Schedule III of companies act, 2013 along with compliance with Accounting Standards and Auditing Standards.
• Analysis of Trade Receivable and Trade Payable.
• Preparation & filing of tax audit report u/s 44AB along with Computation
• Preparation of consolidation financial statements and related schedules as per Ind AS.
• Providing Group Reporting pack to Component Auditor and coordinating with them for queries and providing solution of the same for finalization of financial statements of subsidiary company as per IFRS.
• Passing Consolidation and Provisional entries in consolidated books and standalone books respectively.
• Delivered the entries with respect stock reserve, Goodwill / Capital reserve and other adjustments in consolidated financial statements.
• Formulated the Risk Assessment sheet and Client fact sheet for client evaluation.

Inventory Audit:

• Conducted Physical Verification of Stock.
• Reconciliation Procedure and reporting .

Internal Audit:

• Execution of detailed audit procedure including revenue recognition, GST reconciliation, Capitalization of Fixed Assets, Analysis of various expenses & their supporting and unreasonable expenditure.
• Physical Verification of Inventory.
• Review of various Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
