Risk Advisory (IAER)

• Performing testing of controls as per SOX compliance including designing attributes, testing and reporting of a US Listed banking entity having annual income USD > 50 Billion during FY2023
• Acted as a lead of communication between the offshore team and the onshore team
• Undertaking process walkthroughs with the client to understand the process implemented and drafting the control narratives
• Testing of designing and operating effectiveness of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR)
• Worked in close synergy with Key Decision Makers and Directors/Managers working in India and at KPMG US for effective management of the project
• Regularly conducted meetings for managing resources and presenting status of the project
• Independently handled client calls to discuss the queries & appropriate way to mitigate the risk

Audit and Tax

• Managing and reporting tax audit assignments including finalization of form 3CA, 3CD
• Filing of Income Tax Returns of 80+ individual clients including consultancy regarding tax planning
• Efficiently evaluated various core areas including, but not limited to, Revenue, Inventory valuation, Property Plant and Equipment (PPE), contingent assets and liabilities, etc.
• Independently handled GST returns & audit of entities engaged in various sectors such as Automobiles, Retail, Hotel etc.
