Caleb Johnson

I have worked at Panera Bread for just over a year now. through my time there, I have learned how to efficiently learn a menu. Additionally, I have gotten solid experience in dealing with customers who have questions or complaints. Within my first month of working I was offered a promotion to Team Lead because of outstanding performance at work. This new position gave me further experience with leadership, as I had to delegate tasks to my team members. Furthermore, I have trained upwards of ten employees on different positions. Through these experiences, I have become an employee who can do every position at the restaurant.
