Camrin McCarty

• Participate in a 5-month program designed to bring together a select group of high school students.
• Network with community leaders and peers.
• Practice project management skills through a community project of their own design.
• Participate in the True Colors personality assessment and have an opportunity to participate in MBTI.
• Learn more about Johnson County's history and current county government.
• Upon completion of the program, students will earn 1 college credit at Franklin College.

• Served as a positive role model to children by exemplifying strong moral values and demonstrating kindness, patience, and understanding in all interactions.
• Provided a safe and nurturing environment for children, fostering open communication and trust.
• Assist with caring for children ages 4-5, assist with recreational activities, and prepare snacks/drinks.

Member of the Whiteland Community High School Baseball Team

• Managed time effectively while traveling for games, attending practice, and going to classes.
• Attended all practices, meetings, and workouts on time.
• Developed time management skills by balancing academic responsibilities with rigorous athletic commitments.
• Collaborated with teammates to create a supportive atmosphere that encouraged growth, camaraderie, and sportsmanship.

• Created Fleece blankets for those in need.
• Participated in the Christmas shopping event for over 150 children's presents.
• Decorated baskets, shopping for food, and delivering Thanksgiving baskets to families in need.
• Helped set up and tear down for events throughout Johnson County.
