• Manage control room alone, responsible for the successful delivery of up to 500 inbound trucks per day, multiple outbound barges loaded with product, and drying products while keeping accurate logs of the movements.
• Responsible for loading railcars and trucks for outbound product.
• Frequently ran and certified in Boom Lifts, Telehandlers, Forklifts, and Skid Steers.
• After hours for inbound product close, responsible for preventative maintenance around the property, and cleaning up spilled product.

• Resolved any issues or delays in transportation by proactively communicating with carriers and clients
• Coordinated cross-border shipments, managing customs clearance processes for international freight

Served multiple roles, including using Forklifts and pallet jacks to unload semi-trucks with 2500 lb pallets of salt bags, and neatly arranging those pallets in the warehouse area. I would pick up my route for the day, included about 20 deliveries per day, to both residential and commercial clients. Then, I would use the forklift to load the flatbed, or box truck, with the product needed for the day, and complete my route. At the end of the day, I would complete housekeeping tasks like taking out garbage, sweeping floors, etc. in order to insure the warehouse and trucks were clean before leaving for the day.

Would start my day with deliveries of mulch using a F750 single axle dump bed. Then, switch over to deliveries of trees, shrubs, etc using a 24' box truck. Once I completed deliveries for the day would help unload the inbound deliveries for the next day, stage products, and get myself set up for the following day of deliveries.
