I am a Practicing Chartered Accountant and I am Currently a Partner in M/S R H U D AND CO. I am handling the head office of the said firm. Apart from the work mentioned above, I handle some additional work in my practice as follows:

• I have internal audit assignments. I help the companies set up their accounting department, help them to regularise their accounts by guiding the owners, accounting and non-accounting staff.
• Look after the requirements that must be fulfilled before making financial transactions being the documentations, agreements etc.
• Ensuring that the newly inserted section 43B(h) of the Income Tax Act in relation to MSME creditors is being complied with. Guiding the clients in making the payments so that any disallowance is not made.
• Helping the client to set up new customised software for recording and accounting purposes.
• LLP registrations including preparation of all basic documentations.

I handle any issues as mentioned by the clients and provide timely and accurate services

I have Been a Professor at this academy for CA and CS aspirants.

• Ensured compliance with tax regulations by accurately preparing and submitting tax returns for clients.
• Finalisation of accounts of the clients and ensuring that all the regulations related to various laws in relation to GST, Income Tax, PF, TDS, PT, etc have been complied with.
• Managing the office, staff ; guiding and leading them to completed the entire work related to CA practice.
• Income Tax Audits, GST Audits.
• Complying with all the notices, appeals and other cases of the clients and solving all related issues.
• Preparing project reports, CMA data for Loan purposes.
• Section 12A and 80G registrations for trusts.
• Ledger Scrutiny of Clients accounts, tallying creditors ledgers, checking whether TDS laws have been complied with, checking whether PF payments are made within due dates as specified under PF laws etc.
• verification of GST returns prepared by the staff and ensuring that the same is filed in accordance with the GST laws.
• Verification of TDS returns prepared by the staff and ensuring that payments are made in accordance with Income Tax laws and that the returns are filed within specified due dates.
• Filing of Income Tax Returns after considering all the transactions and after considering Form 26AS, AIS, TIS. Providing Tax planning consultancy.
• Conducting Bank Audits ( Statutory Bank Audits of Nationalised Banks and also of Co-operative Banks )
• Various registrations of new business ( Partnership deeds, GST registrations, and various applications as required)

Also day to day other work as required in a Practicing Chartered Accountants office. I am also still associated with this office and provide services as and when required and called upon by the partner .
