Inventory Control Specialist
• track incoming and outgoing product
• ensure FIFO is utilized throughout facility
• inspection of received materials daily
• research and communicate any discrepancies with the quality team

• Demonstrate, sell and promote Samsung products to customers in Best Buy.
• Ensure that consumers have the latest and most relevant product information available when making
a purchase decision.
• Excel at building relationships with Best Buy associates and leadership within the retail store through
daily trainings, collaboration and goal sharing.

• Receive and sort orders from home office multiple times throughout the day

handheld scanner, motorized pallet jack, and forklift as required

fulfillment by restocking inventory levels to meet supply demand and consistently monitoring volume
levels on high demand items
• Contributed to company efficiency by acting as a floater throughout departments including packing,
shipping, postal, and inventory distribution

• Assist customers through product selection and contract completion
• Process contract payments and payoffs on store POS system
• Contact delinquent customers; negotiate payment arrangements as needed
• Assist General Manager in day to day operations including inventory management, product movement
and floor display setup, new product assembly, delivery and installation to customer’s residences
• Travel to neighboring stores within district to provide support and staffing
