Enabler ~supervisor upgrade (June 2021-Oct 2022) & Promoted to FT Team Supervisor (October 2022-present)
- Making quick & precise decisions when a dept has an issue with product quality, product quantity, safety, & when maintenance or sanitation is needed.
- Preshift stretches followed with daily expectations for each employee & their department & pass off notes from previous shift.
- Continuously monitoring GMP compliance throughout entire shift.
- Facilitate strong relationships between our team and other departments leading to improved cross-functional collaboration to achieve daily goals & meet company objectives.
- Assist with dept changeovers, scheduling or line issues, making sure product is packed & palletized properly & safely.
- Performing multiple power walks, quality checks, & helping in anyway possible to keep the departments running safely & efficiently.

- Along with my daily expectations, I am a member of 2 of our company ERGs WIN (Women's Inclusive Network) & Connect. Along with those, I also co lead our company ERG Equal. Our ERG groups are employee based volunteers that help promote open, diverse, inclusive, & respectful work environments. Each group plans & organizes activities throughout their month that focus on team members, the business, & the community.
Packer (Aug 2020-June 2021)
- Performed required housekeeping to keep work areas clean such as sweeping floors, putting trash in trash containers and picking up product from floor.
- Trained new employees on proper packing, labeling, perform a quality check, and how to safely run their equipment. I began mentoring 1 month out of training & continued to do so until offered the enabler position.
- Sorted and stacked finished items to the appropriate quantity for each line item quickly, efficiently, & safely.
- Loaded items onto conveyor belts and pallets for shipping to pick up to load onto trailers.
- Re-packaged damaged or incorrectly packaged items when assisting in holds area.
- Became allen support which consisted of safely removing excess product seasoning buildup on equipment to allow it to flow properly. This job also consisted of helping PMOs sort overflow to be put back on lines along with perform department changeovers, startups, & shutdowns.
