➢ Merchant Acquiring :
Handling merchants relationship across Mumbai within the Merchant Acquiring Business along with a focus to improve spends and branch activation.
Corporate Portfolio Management : Managing merchant relationships within the Merchant Acquisition Business across India to drive business volume and market share through the Service Channel.

➢ Recovered Non MDR revenue of Rs 88 lacs in the form of Non transacting charges, Late settlement charges, Issuance of PC POS Tids and loss of terminal charges.
➢ Recovered Rs 8.50 lac from large corporate merchants as part of terminal recovery
➢ Achieved EMI Volumes in FY 12-13 which was a 990% growth as compared to volumes in FY 11-12. Signups of 25 merchants done -3 key merchants namely Ezone, The Mobilestore, Vijay Sales was prominent.

Responsible for handling key ecommerce merchant relationship with a focus to garner business volumes from educational institutes.
Ensuring that 95% of all complaints/escalations pertaining to the E commerce business were attended within a Tat of 2 working days. Ensuring that the referrals for marketing tie ups were routed to the Issuing team to garner more share of wallet from existing customers

➢ Conducted UAT for interface of data entry software between DIP agencies and Axis Bank along with maintaining an average TAT of 98% processing from date of login to handover to Credit Team within 4 working days.
➢ Assessment and Empanelment of 16 Field Investigations (FI) agencies Pan India
➢ Liaising with Legal Dept for initiating and finalizing agreements between Axis Bank & FI agencies along with SLA & Penalty clauses.
➢ Procurement of FI Software which enabled transfer of data to the FI agencies along with receiving completed PDF reports for onward handover to Credit Decisioning Officers to assist them during Credit Evaluation.
➢ Managed priority processing of applications and delivery of cards to HNI customers with a TAT of 3 working day
