Carter Roseboom

Working as a master fitter throughout the state of Indiana with golf professionals pushing golf equipment. This allowed me to use my extensive knowledge in golf equipment for fitting individuals all across the state at demo events. Working and managing dozens of schedules at once to assure every account is taken care of adequately. Within my current position I was given the Summit Club award which is given for going above and beyond whats asked of me on a daily basis. I feel that this experience allows me to run a successful pro shop as I have seen nearly everyone in the state. Along with knowing the majority of golf professionals that are successful allows me to take little bits from each and apply them to my portfolio. Both of these assets I have acquired from this position are what I cherish the most.

Within this position I worked both behind the counter and in the cart barn throughout my years. Gave customers a polite and an enjoyable experience as I check them in along with selling them the product they need. Working here enabled me to manage different personalities within the shop and being able to aid in any questions they may have. I have learned what it takes to run a successful golf course, pro shop and snack bar here. I understand the day to day operations of Twin Bridges Golf Club. I have assisted with the operations of outings and assuring they are being ran smoothly. I have learned the most valuable ways to build relationships within golf industry and life here. I have worked in all areas at the course and gained great relationships with the staff throughout my years.
