Month/Quarter-End Close & Financial Reporting:

• Performed end-to-end GL accounting activities during the corporate close cycle, including Accruals, Prepaids, Deferred Revenue recognition, daily cash accounting, intangibles/WIP, AR and Bank revaluations, intercompany transactions and reconciliations and ensuring adherence to IFRS/US GAAP.
• Using IBM Cognos, prepared monthly balance sheets, profit & loss statements, closing reports, and detailed variance analyses for corporate entities.

Reconciliation & Consolidation

• Reconciled assigned balance sheet accounts(AR, AP trade and other, Prepaid, Deferred Revenue etc) on a monthly basis; identified and resolved discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Conducted ERP-to-consolidation tool reconciliations and maintained accurate balance sheet reconciliations within FloQast consolidation system.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborated with internal finance teams including FP&A, Treasury, P2P. Providing responses to FP&A team for the unexpected cost/revenue variances on MoM.

Audit & Compliance

• Supported both statutory and US Group financial audits by preparing required schedules, reconciliations, and documentation for internal and external auditors to complete the audit in time

Statutory & Government Reporting

• Prepared and submitted monthly/quarterly VAT statements filings for multiple legal entities(UK, Germany, France and Finland) while ensuring accuracy and full compliance.

• Financial Reporting/ Monthly Reporting: Prepared monthly/quarterly Profit & Loss and Cash Flow statements, along with working capital and drawing power reports for management review
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisted in annual budgeting and forecasting processes; prepared monthly cash flow projections and ratio analysis for investor/banker submissions.
• Variance Analysis: Conducted variance analysis on product-wise sales and raw material costs, identifying quantity and price deviations.
