1. Funding Raising

b. Ensures that all the assets are properly capitalized and depreciated/amortized in line with company policy. Also ensure that all the items are depicting correct financial position.
c. Preparation of monthly MIS and presentation to the management.
d. Preparation of data for investors on a month-on-month basis.
4. Annual accounts and Audit Closures:
a. Prepare annual accounts in line with applicable accounting policies and assumptions
b. Interacts, manages and responds to auditors’ queries for ensuring timely closure of audit.
c. Getting the ISO and SOC II audit completed.
5. Taxation
a. Compliance with respect India’s Income Tax Act , Companies Act, FEMA regulation.
b. Compliance with Singapore’s Companies Act and Income Tax Act.
c. Worked on preparation of data and filling of GST returns.
d. Preparation and filling of annual GSTR 9 and 9C.
e. Preparation of data for filling of TDS returns.
f. Preparation and filling of PF returns.
6. Budgeting , Forecasting , Financial Model and Variance Analysis:
a. Perform monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting by gathering inputs from
various teams.
b. Perform monthly and quarterly detailed variance analysis to find unusual movement and the reason thereon.

c. Review drafts and contracts to suggest any changes or remove any doubts thereon.
d. Review vendor contracts and highlight any risk area which needs to be negotiated or avoided.
