• Individually Responsible for clearing all the orders (Pan India) in limbo state. Reduced from ~1200 orders (OCT 20) to ~150 orders (Apr 21) for grocery and formalized SOP for handling orders in limbo state for Hyperlocal.
• Nominated by stakeholders as the spoc from control tower for multiple project trials namely Automated staging and racking system and Product recall.
