Successfully coordinated global and cross-functional teams to create a competitive CE-compliant compressor platform covering 150–800 Nm³/h flow range and up to 80 Bar(g) discharge pressure, positioning Atlas Copco for growth in the European biogas sector.
Powder Coating Specification Standardization:
Led the development and qualification of a new Powder Coating System for export compressor packages by defining ISO 12944 C4-compliant coating specifications, conducting coating-system gap analysis, and collaborating with global coating suppliers for product qualification. Successfully implemented a dual-coat zinc-rich primer and super-durable polyester powder system that significantly improved corrosion protection, UV resistance, colour retention, and long-term durability, enabling Atlas Copco products to meet demanding export market requirements.
PESO certification for Atlas Copco CNG/CBG compressor packages:
Played a key role in obtaining PESO certification for Atlas Copco CNG/CBG compressor packages by leading hazardous-area compliance activities, coordinating with certification agencies, resolving critical Ex-compliance gaps, and ensuring conformity with IS/IEC TS 60079-46:2017 Equipment Assembly requirements. Successfully drove documentation, testing, design modifications, and certification approvals, enabling certified deployment of compressor packages in hazardous-area applications.
