- Electronic Support Measures (ESM) forms the first stage of Electronic Warfare. The defense projects are deployed to the Army/Air force/Navy workstations.
- Design of EW environment simulator Orcad 10.1, using Xilinx Virtex 4 and device with Ethernet interface. Programmed the Xilinx Power PC 405 processor using C and Xilinx EDK tool. Performed in-circuit testing of the same, using Xilinx Chipscope Pro tool.
- Designed and Developed External System Interface Unit (ESI). The ESI unit communicates with the external world on Ethernet link. An Ethernet link between a system controller display (SCD) or Device Replacement Software (DRS) (which is a computer) and a development board (Xilinx ML410 development board) is established. After the link is established, commands are received form DRS the received commands are processed according to the requirement of the project.
- Programmed the Power PC 405 processor (IBM PowerPC 405 (PPC405) processor) using C and Xilinx EDK tool. Interfaced the processor with VHDL programmed logic. The system was tested with a list of test vectors and in-circuit testing with Chipscope Pro.
